In any case, Bibianna College of Jewellery (The Company) and its staff accept no responsibility
for the loss or damage to a student's property or injury or accident sustained
during courses. Students agree that no claims will be made against
The Company and its staff.

No
refunds or extensions will be given to students who fail to complete their
course on time.

We
cannot accept returned materials or tools and no refunds will be given under any
circumstances. Please note all the courses do not include materials or tools
(except tools provided for Silversmithing). Full
payment is required each time for all purchased materials.

Every effort will be made to
follow our scheduled courses, but The company reserves the right to make
cancellations under unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, ill
health, emergency building repairs, other business commitments etc.

We operate all our
courses on a first come first served basis.

Only cash is accepted or direct transfer to our
bank. We do not accept cheques and no partial payment
is accepted.

Application is successful only when the
full payment is received even if you do not hear from us. Kindly enclose a
self-address envelope if you require to post you a receipt. Returned cheques will result in cancellation of
places with no further notice. All pertinent information submitted for
application are non-returnable. Applicants should follow the normal
application procedures to re-apply.

Attendance to an enrolled course is restricted to the applicant
himself/herself and cannot transfer to another course or other person.

In case of course cancellation, tuition fee refund date and
procedures will be notified by post after the registration period. All
pertinent information submitted for application will not be returned.

The Company, reserves the right to request for
proof on permission of study

Instructors have the right to adjust the contents of the courses
for the benefit of the majority of students.

Students should respect instructors
and other participants, uphold class discipline and should not disrupt other
students.
Students misbehaving or violating The Company's regulations
or the laws of Hong Kong may be requested to withdraw from the course with no
refund.

If a student has caused damage to
The Company's or general building property, a charge will be
levied based on the market value of the damaged item.

The Company, reserves the
right to make course content alterations as required without prior notice.

Every effort will be made by
the instructor to attend all students and help them, but you acknowledge that
these are group sessions so the instructor might not be always available to
attend to your needs. Please be patient!!!

language used in our classes unless otherwise specified.
