The founder Bibi Cheung has won several first prize awards from a number of important companies and trade organisations in the UK for her design and technical skills. Awards
1994 De Beers Diamond Engagement Ring Collection design selected by De Beers Diamonds International (De Beers promotes nearly half of the world’s diamonds (value-wise) and markets approximately two thirds of the global supply). Sponsored by Boodle & Dunthorne (Established 1798, one of Britain’s leading jewellery company.) The design was exhibited at Libertys of Regent Street, London.
Jewellery Stones. The Creative Material competition D. Swarovski & Co. (Leading manufacturer of decorative objects and accessories, production and distribution locations in 39 countries.) Two designs selected for the edition of the Swarovski Designers Scribble book 1994.
First Prizes
Fine jewellery design competition - Judged by De Beers Diamond International held by Andrew Diamonds Ltd (A fast growing manufacturing jeweller in UK.) The design was exhibited at the International Jewellery London Fair in 1995.
Design and craftsmanship competition The Worshipful Company Of Goldsmiths (Since 1300 it has been responsible for hallmarking gold and silver articles, operating the London Assay Office.)
Design and craftsmanship competition British Jewellers’ Association (The BJA represents the interests of over 500 member companies, involved in all aspects of jewellery and silverware production.)
CORUM watch bracelet design competition Saunders and Shepherd’s Ltd (The firm has been the UK distributor for the Corum brand of high quality Swiss watches, for 35 years.)
Pearl jewellery design competition Jerwood Foundation (The renowned supporter of excellence and commitment in young designers and jewellers.)
